A new online travel site has been launched that is aimed at enticing more visitors to mainland China.
Nehow.com offers customised information and hotel options based on the traveller’s native country, including dedicated sites for Japan, Australia, the UK, Germany and Russia.
It is hoping to differentiate itself from its competitors by offering country-specific hotel rankings, aimed at showing which properties are appealing to which market.
“Nehow.com believes that tourists from different parts of the world have different preferences and expectations when it comes to food, location, room size, amenities, etc,” it said in a statement.
“As a result, the company has developed a large global network of localised sites to feature this data and ensure the most customised China travel experience possible.”
The site is also offering a series of free gifts with each booking, such as guidebooks, phrasebooks and local area guides.
