A new luxury villa website has announced it will share commission in a 50/50 split for travel agent partners looking to sell the properties available on its site.
Villa Guru has previously worked with the trade under sister brand Alpine Guru but is actively seeking partners who may be looking to sell luxury villas or the properties on its site.
The company, which will also offer direct bookings, will share commission equally with any agent partners, with the percentage varying depending on the property.
The brand has been launched by Oli Corkhill and Ant Cullen with hand-picked properties and private islands in destinations including France, Italy, Spain & Balearics, UAE, Central America, Indonesia, USA and the Caribbean.
Thirty six villas and seven private islands are currently listed with the aim of having 100 within 12 months.
Corkhill and Cullen also offer all advice and enquiries that come through to the company.
“We have put our all into making sure Villa Guru delivers everything clients need to find the perfect luxury holiday property in minimal time, and to save them the sweat and tears generally associated with online searches,” said Corkhill. “Ant and I are also on hand 24/7 to offer any further guidance or assistance that travel agents may require.”
Its summer offering comes after the success of Alpine Guru, which saw its sales jump from under GBP100,000 in winter 2011/12 to more than GBP1 million in the most recent winter period 2013/14.
Clients of the brand include high net worth individuals, families, celebrities and royals looking for exclusive accommodation for holidays or special occasions.
