A plan to turn a major thoroughfare in Vietnam’s tourist town of Nha Trang into a pedestrian-only zone has been opposed, the Thanh Nien News has reported. Local authorities had conducted a feasibility study for the plan on Biet Thu Street, but local business owners have objected, claiming it will damage trade.
