No bulldogs allowed on JAL

According to veterinarians, the structure of the bulldogs’ noses makes it difficult for them to adapt to the unstable temperature on the aircraft, and the vibration and noise also destabilises the dogs.
The announcement was made in due time before the summer travelling season commences.
Records show that about 60,000 pets, mostly dogs and cats flew on domestic flights last year, an increase of 10 per cent last year.
