Nok Air, the Thailand-based low-cost carrier, has signed a new maintenance agreement with Lufthansa Technik and Boeing. The deal will see the creation of a new Total Technical Support (TTS) operation at Bangkok’s Don Meuang Airport.
“For Nok Air, this a real big step forward,” said Patee Sarasin, Nok Air’s CEO, on the occasion of the airline’s seventh anniversary. “We are very proud of the past seven years, and with Lufthansa Technik and Boeing, we are looking forward to an amazing future.”
Nok Air will take delivery of a new Boeing 737 in November, and is planning to add further aircraft next year.
