US-cruise operator Norwegian Cruise Line has announced that it has launched a new international version of its NCL University (NCL U International).
The site is an expansion of Norwegian’s travel partner education website, where agents can gain qualifications on Norwegian’s ‘Freestyle Cruising’ concept and read up on all of the latest itineraries, ships and developments.
The new site is available to agents in Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa.
“Today’s customer, more than ever before, looks to travel agents to be brand experts and able to provide detailed information and recommendations,” said Francis Riley, VP & general manager international. “So it is critical for Norwegian to provide a valuable resource to our travel partners 24/7. NCL U International allows our travel partners all across the globe to learn more about Norwegian Cruise Line in a format that is familiar, easily accessible, and available on their time schedule.”
