Oman Air’s catering unit is keen to highlight authentic Omani cuisine to international audiences.
The catering unit under leadership of general manager – Oman Air Catering Jassim Al Balushi, recently hosted a high profile event.
The event showcased a range of new dishes. Each dish combined traditional Omani cooking with latest global culinary trends. The dishes on offer included soups, salads, appetizers, main courses and desserts.
The guest of honour at the event was HE Mohsin Khamis Al Balushi, advisor to Ministry of Commerce & Industry Board Member of Oman Air. He was joined by senior managers from Oman Air and officials from ministry of industry and commerce.
