Luxury train operator Orient-Express said it’s making tracks into the world of the arts through a series of unique experiences in partnership with world-renowned organisations. These will be featured in its sister trains, the British Pullman and Northern Belle.
Some of these new additions, all featured in the 2008 ‘Journeys in the United Kingdom’ brochure include a ‘Shakespeare in Love’ dinner on board the British Pullman where actors and musicians from the Oxford Shakespeare Company will be performing scenes from the romantic comedy.
“A Night at the Opera” will see The Northern Belle holding seats to an opera as part of the Buxton Festivel in England’s Peak District. The British Pullman will also visit Bath during the annual Jane Austen, providing guests with a walking tour of the city.
