Oxfordshire DMO reveals new brand identity

Experience Oxfordshire, the destination management organisation for Oxfordshire, has unveiled its new brand identity.
The organisation revealed its new branding and logo to 130 guests who attended its summer networking event at the Holiday Inn Oxford yesterday evening.
The new logo was designed by London-based design company made. A compass in the logo symbolises the four regions of Oxfordshire and the city of Oxford, Experience Oxfordshire as a help to find your way around Oxfordshire, and makes up the letters “OX” for the county’s postcode.
Hayley Beer-Gamage, CEO of Experience Oxfordshire said: “We are delighted that so many businesses attended our first Summer Networking Event. Tonight we have re-launched Experience Oxfordshire and there are exciting times ahead for us as the [DMO] for the County. We are striving for significant growth in the visitor economy and working with our partners is going to be essential to doing this. It has been a pleasure working with made on our new identity and we are extremely grateful to the Holiday Inn Oxford for hosting tonight’s event.”
Oxfordshire currently welcomes 26.5 million visitors annually who spend £1.8 billion in the local economy, which in turn supports more than 31,000 jobs.
