Pan Pacific Orchard has unveiled the results of its SG$10 million (US$8.1m) refurbishment programme.
The revamp has extended to the hotel’s Executive rooms, Studio rooms and Pacific Club suites, as well as the restaurants, lobby, entrance and meeting facilities. The hotel has also added a new wellness centre, St Gregory Spa.
The lobby has been redesigned to maximise natural light, while an iPad check-in service will be added in the first quarter 2013. Guest rooms have been given new colour schemes and new facilities such as Nespresso coffee machines, in-room media hubs and free Wi-Fi.
“The refurbishment is part of our continuing journey to provide relevant choices and enriching experiences for today’s discerning travellers. It is a proactive response to the guest feedback we solicited through a series of focus group interviews conducted to delineate specific enhancements for our rooms and amenities,” said Dean Rossilli, General Manager of Pan Pacific Orchard. “The rejuvenation programme has created renewed interest among business and leisure travellers. We are confident that it will strengthen the Pan Pacific brand in Singapore’s competitive hospitality market.”
The hotel will also be entirely smoke-free from 1 October 2012.
