Pan Pacific Hotels Group has launched its first serviced residence property in China.
Located in city of Ningbo, in eastern China’s Zhejiang province, the 175-room Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Ningbo shares the same site as the 415-room Pan Pacific Ningbo, which opened earlier this year. Similar to other Pan Pacific Serviced Suites, the Ningbo property will offer guests their own 24-hour personal assistant, along with all the facilities at the adjacent hotel, including restaurants, meeting rooms and a spa.
“Building upon our award-winning Pan Pacific hotels in Suzhou, Xiamen and Ningbo, we are now delighted to introduce our premium and established extended-stay product to China,” said A. Patrick Imbardelli, president & CEO of Pan Pacific Hotels Group.
“Moving forward, we will be looking for opportunities to operate our Pan Pacific Serviced Suites and Parkroyal Serviced Suites in conjunction with hotel products of the same branding that are part of the same development or within a market that already has a hotel with complimentary branding. This enables us to harness maximum synergies in our operations while enhancing the benefits to our guests and value to our owners,” he added.
Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Ningbo becomes the third such long-stay property in Asia, following existing locations in Singapore and Bangkok. Next year, the company plans to expand further with the opening of the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Beach Road in Singapore and the Parkroyal Serviced Suites Green City in Shanghai.
