The Pan Pacific Singapore has reopened its doors after a five-month closure.
During that time, the property underwent a SG$80 million (US$65 million) transformation and now boasts a revitalised lobby, 790 redesigned rooms, new dining concepts, and a unique Pacific Club on Level 38.
“The transformation of Pan Pacific Singapore comes on the back of comprehensive research on the changing needs of our guests and associates,” said Scott Swank, General Manager of Pan Pacific Singapore.
The lobby now features the 22 metre long Atrium bar where guests can enjoy a drink while they check-in via mobile with the help of a hotel associate.
Looking out across the Marina Bay area from the top floor, the Pacific Club offers round-the-clock privileges and services such as refreshments and cocktails, as well as personalised guest services.
Each redesigned room is fitted with guest-centric and functional enhancements, which includes a workspace with ergonomic desk chair, and a ‘plug and play’ entertainment system compatible with multiple personal devices.
Revitalised dining options include the hotel’s signature Cantonese restaurant, Hai Tien Lo, while light meals are available from the Pacific Marketplace. Finally, Edge is a theatrical and interactive dining space with seven open kitchens offering Asian and Pacific cuisines.
