Pandaw launches Ganges river cruises

Luxury cruise specialist, Pandaw, has announced a new Indian river cruise itinerary, starting in September 2009. Sailing between Kolkata and Varanasi on the Ganges and Hugli rivers, the cruise will take in a number of cultural attractions including sacred Buddhist and Hindu sites, and stops at smaller towns and villages.
RV Bengal Pandaw cruiser, launched in Myanmar in 2004, has 28 promenade deck staterooms. The 800 mile (1,287km) expedition will last 15 days.
