Pan Pacific Hotels Group announced today that it will expand its PARKROYAL brand in Singapore next year. PARKROYAL on Pickering will open in Singapore in 2012, becoming the brand’s fourth hotel in the country. Designed by award-winning design firm WOHA, the new property will feature a hotel-in-a-garden concept and sustainable features that have earned it a ‘Green Mark Platinum’ score – Singapore’s highest green rating.
Located on Upper Pickering Street, near the city’s Chinatown area, the SG$350 million (US$278 million), 363-room property will feature a dedicated wellness floor with a day spa, a 300-metre nature trail and waterfall walk, an large pool terrace, a gymnasium as well as a business centre with full secretarial services. A rooftop bar also offers 360-degree views of the city.
