Two planes collide while taxiing at Goa’s Dabolim airport on Sunday, leaving flight schedules disrupted and 300 Russian tourists stranded, The Times of India has reported.
The incident occurred when a Transaero Boeing 747 from Moscow was taxiing down a link runway towards a parking bay, and brushed its wing against the tail of a stationary Thomas Cook Airlines Airbus 330, airport officials are reported to have said. Both planes were unoccupied at the time of collision and there were no injuries.
