Swaying palms and the soothing powers of yoga create perfect harmony at Peppers Palm Bay in October when the luxury resort hosts a rejuvenating weekend of self discovery for the health conscious.
The intimate Whitsundays hideaway is offering an indulgent women’s retreat from October 23-25 allowing guests to relax and revive through the ancient practices of Kundalini Yoga, dine on delicious vegetarian cuisine and calm the mind, body and soul at a secluded island oasis.
Hosted by experienced yoga instructor Stacey Mickelborough, the retreat is designed for all ability levels - from beginners to advanced practitioners wishing to feel empowered, positive and energised.
Stacey’s personal teaching style is an eclectic blend of hatha and vinyasa, incorporating restorative yoga with props to restore balance deep within. She offers verbal and hands on adjustments to improve alignment of the body and to deepen the pose increasing the participants self awareness.
General manager of Peppers Palm Bay, David Ingleton, said he was delighted to welcome Stacey to the island to host the retreat.
“We are thrilled to have such an experienced instructor on board and to be offering busy people around Australia the opportunity for a weekend of serenity where participants will enjoy a journey of self exploration,” he said.
Priced from $720* per person twin/double share or $860* per person single occupancy, the weekend includes a welcome drink on arrival; two nights hideaway accommodation; breakfast lunch and dinner featuring yogic vegetarian menus; selection of yogic beverages; eight yoga sessions; two meditation sessions, use of retreat facilities including non motorised water sports and return transfers from Shute Harbour to Peppers Palm Bay.
Packages for non yoga participants are available from $410* per person complete with two nights accommodation, welcome drink, breakfast daily and return transfers.
Nestled amongst swaying palms on a secluded island, Peppers Palm Bay is an intimate Whitsundays hideaway of just 24 secluded bungalows, bures, cabins and suites.
Perfect for a relaxing holiday, a romantic escape or an action-packed getaway on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef, the options are endless for holidaymakers.
