Personal shopping service launches at Heathrow

Heathrow has become the first international airport to offer a personal shopping experience free of charge.
The London airport is using accredited stylists to tailor-make personal shopping experiences, with passengers able to book services before they turn up to the airport.
The shoppers will not only be looking to help English residents but to growing number of Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, Spanish, French and Portuguese travellers coming through the airport.
“The launch of Heathrow’s Personal Shopper service is a world first, and one that we’re immensely proud of. We’re always looking to introduce new services which will benefit our passengers and help them make the most of the time,” said Heathrow’s retail director Muriel Zingraff-Shariff.
Supermodel Erin O’Connor was at the launch of the service at Somerset House this week.
