As the Phuket International Hospitality Show draws closer, the show programme continues to develop, offering more reasons for hospitality professionals to descend on the Royal Phuket Marina International Exhibition & Conference Center from 24-26 September 2009. The Trade Exhibition offers a comprehensive breadth of industry suppliers and customers from the region and includes companies in areas such as Beer, Wine, Industry Associations, Furnishings, Consulting, Education, Food, Kitchenware, Maintenance Services, Media, Technology, Spa Products, Security and Safety. The Hospitality Series – a three-day series of seminars offers an in-depth and varied range of topics for owners, managers, and senior staff members within the industry.
Eric Liebman, Managing Director of IQ Asia, will conduct a key-note presentation on Customer Expectation Management. Other seminars include Siwapon Laolada, Environmental Officer of the Evason Six Senses Resort & Spa, presenting an environmental-focused seminar; ‘Responsible Business’. The sales & marketing-focused seminar: ‘Cultivating Brand Equity for Competitive Advantage – Lessons for Hospitality Firms’, will be presented by Gerard Gonzales of the Cornell-Nanyang Institute of Hospitality Management. The technology-focused seminar: ‘IP Convergent Technology’ will be conducted by Mark Kendall, Vice President of the Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals Association – Asia Chapter.
