Pre-paid phone cards to lure tourists

Known as the TM “One Voice”, the discount prepaid card isavailable in selected states in the east coast of the United States and is designed specifically to becompetitive in the Asian market for North Americaoriginating calls according to Bernama report.

TM Global Vice President Mohamad Rozaimi Abdul Rahman said TourismMalaysiawill be gaining access into the telecommunications sector and to the end usersof the various telecommunications companies worldwide, specifically those with major carriers in North America said the report.

In exchange,TM will gain access into the travel and tourism sector through marketingcampaigns, shows and trade conferences organised by Tourism Malaysia, he added.
