Pune and Kochi to join Indian cricket league

Pune and Kochi have been announced as the two new franchises in the Indian Premier League (IPL) cricket tournament, BBC Sport has reported. The two new teams will join the IPL from 2011, taking the total number of teams to 10. The IPL, currently in its third season, is the world’s richest cricket league.
