QAIA ranks 36th in ASQ survey

The Airports Council International’s (ACI) Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) has risen two places to rank 36th among 246 airports worldwide. This ranking was recently revealed for its Q2 2014 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey. According to the survey, QAIA has registered tangible improvements in 32 out of 36 enlisted service and facility categories.
QAIA’s overall passenger satisfaction score went up from 4.42 during Q1 to 4.46 in Q2 out of a possible 5.0. Most notable score increases were witnessed within categories of: overall satisfaction with the airport; ground transportation; access and way finding; courtesy and helpfulness of staff; waiting times; availability of baggage carts/trollies; efficiency of check-in staff; feeling of being safe and secure; and speed of baggage delivery service. Luggage delivery speed in particular improved from 4.13 in Q1 to reach 4.22 in Q2.
