Qantas, Jetstar cut fuel surcharge

Qantas has reduced its international and domestic fuel surcharges, Bernama has reported. Effective today the fuel surcharge for a one-way ticket from Australia to the UK and Europe has been cut by AU$30 to AU$160 (US$20 to US$109).
One-way lights to the Americas, South Africa and India have seen the levy reduced by AU$20 to AU$130, while one-way flights to New Zealand have been cut by AU$10 to AU$55.
Jetstar will cut its fuel surcharge by AU$10 to AU$9 for domestic flights, and by AU$30 to AU$68 for one-way flights to Asia and Honolulu.
