Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam has embarked on a major refurbishment of its rooms, suites and business lounge.
In an effort to maximise space, each room will feature a low storage cabinet, built-in minibar, large work desk and wall-mounted LED TV. The revamped rooms will also be equipped with new lighting, cordless speaker phones, iPod docking stations, CD and DVD players and free Wi-Fi. The renovated bathrooms will have feature bidets and rain showers, while the hotel’s Business Class Lounge will also be modernised.
The refurbishment will last until June 2013, but General Manager Peter Feran assured guests that it would be “business as usual” during the upgrade. “Guests can continue to stay here while visiting Brunei,” Feran said. “The modernisation project will be completed next year however, at the end of October 2012; guests can begin to enjoy our new Business Class rooms and Business Class Lounge.”
