Carlson Rezidor opened its first two Radisson hotels in Bali on 1 January 2016.
The former Ramada Resort Benoa Bali has now been rebranded as the Radisson Bali Tanjung Benoa, while the Ramada Resort Camakila has become the Radisson Bali Legian Camakila. The conversions form part of the multi-property deal that Carlson Rezidor signed in October 2015.
“Following a smooth and successful rebranding process that began as soon as the agreement was inked, we are proud to introduce the Radisson brand to Indonesia and to give Bali-bound tourists a new exciting option for a traditional Balinese vacation,” said Thomas T. Hagemann, Carlson Rezidor’s vice president of future openings & special projects.

Radisson Bali Tanjung Benoa offers 182 rooms, including one- and two-bedroom villas, plus three F&B outlets, two outdoor swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzis, a children’s playground and a spa. For the MICE market there is also a 280m² ballroom that can accommodate up to 300 people.
The Radisson Bali Legian Camakila meanwhile, provides 116 rooms, a restaurant, rooftop bar, 24-hour business centre, outdoor pool and meeting space for up to 110 people.
The new Radissons in Bali will be followed by the launch of Indonesia’s first Radisson Red hotels, which will open in Bali and Jakarta in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
