Wyndham Hotel Group has expanded its Ramada brand in Malaysia with the opening of a new property in Kuala Lumpur.
Formerly a Best Western Premier hotel, the 33-storey Ramada Plaza Dua Sentral Kuala Lumpur is located in the city’s main transport hub, KL Sentral. It features 357 rooms, four F&B outlets, 10 meeting rooms, a spa, infinity-edged swimming pool, children’s pool and fitness centre.
“Wyndham Hotel Group continually seeks to expand our diverse portfolio of hotel brands in high-demand markets like Malaysia where our brands and hotel owners can be successful,” said Barry Robinson, Wyndham’s president & managing director for Southeast Asia and the Pacific Rim.
“We are confident that, as part of a globally recognised, growing brand… Ramada Dua Sentral will be a tremendous addition to our portfolio.”
The new Ramada becomes only the brand’s second hotel in Malaysia, joining an existing property in Melaka.
