Travel management company (TMC) Redfern Travel has refreshed its brand with a new logo and strapline.
The Bradford-based TMC has taken on the new look and strapline ‘Straightforward Business Travel’ following research with clients, staff and partners.
Web and email addresses have remained the same although the firm will now be known as just Redfern moving forward.
As part of the development a user guide and contact portal has been created for its tRIPS online booking portal.
“We listened to our clients, our people and the marketing experts and understood that we needed a fresh look and feel to better represent Redfern’s tactile approach to ‘touch-free’ business travel,” said CEO Mark Bowers. “Since our beginnings in small premises in Bradford 80 years ago, our name has become synonymous with solutions that take the pain out of business travel, from the super-technology behind our booking systems, to the friendly team of travel experts at the end of our phone lines. We were adamant that the rebrand should be hassle-free for the people we work with and ultimately lead to a better service experience for them.”
