Wang Bao He Restaurant in Shanghai, renowned for its Shanghainese crab cuisine, is partnering with Regal Hongkong to demonstrate this cooking at Regal Palace from 9 October to 15 October 2017.
Wang Bao He first opened in 1744 producing Chinese yellow wines. The brand expended to dining and hotel industries and since became one of the “Top 10 influential time-honoured trademarks of Shanghai” in 2009.
Regal Hongkong Hotel and Wang Bao He will present over 10 crab dishes including Fried Hairy Crab with Spring Onion, Hua Diao Wine and Chrysanthemum, Braised Prawn with Hairy Crab Roe and Spinach and Xiao Long Bao with Hairy Crab Roe.
The promotion also features two set menus for six and twelve, plus specially selected Chinese yellow wine “Hua Diao” from Xian Heng. Set menu dishes include Braised Matsutake Soup with Crab Meat, Marinated Beef Braised Beef Sirloin with Black Vinegar, Sweetened Dumpling with Ginger Soup, Sauteed Sliced Grouper with Egg White and Minced Ham (12-person menu only).
