Regent Airways receives second B737

Bangladeshi carrier Regent Airways has taken delivery of its second Boeing 737-700 aircraft.
The new single-aisle jet, which is on a six-year lease from ILFC, touched down at Dhaka’s Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on 25 August 2013, following a delivery flight from Germany, via the UAE.
It comes configured with 126 seats in a two-class configuration, with 12 seats in business class and 114 in economy. All seats come equipped with personal in-flight entertainment systems.
Regent Airways will deploy the aircraft to international destinations including Singapore, Bangkok and Hong Kong.
The carrier’s first B737-700, which arrived in Dhaka on 4 July 2013, was used to launch Regent’s Kuala Lumpur route.
