Renaissance hotels hosts global day of discovery

Renaissance Hotels, the original Lifestyle brand within Marriott International Inc.’s global portfolio, is encouraging guests to ‘Get Out’ of their hotel rooms…and discover. In just 24-hours, 151 Renaissance properties in 35 destinations around the world will encourage more than thousands of hotel guests to leave their hotel room and get out and discover unforgettable moments through unexpected onsite hotel activations and a variety of off-site fascinating local experiences.
“It is not every day a hotel brand encourages its guests ‘Get Out’, said Tina Edmundson, senior vice president of lifestyle brands for Marriott International, Inc. “Get Out & Discover” is our way of bringing discovery to life for guests, allowing them to explore the best of our hotels and their destinations,” she added.
The global ‘Get Out & Discover’ initiative was created to bring the brand’s first-ever global advertising campaign to life for travellers. The new multi-faceted ‘Live Life to Discover’ advertising campaign aspires to ask today’s modern business traveller the question, “If you are traveling to a destination for business, why not make the most of your free time and discover something exceptional and unique?” The multi-million dollar global advertising campaign is currently running in 32 countries and can be found in key lifestyle, business and travel print media, as well as out-of-home sites in China and India.
