Currently, the Firm is negotiating hotel operating agreements in China, Japan, India, Thailand and Macao. Late in 2006,
the Firm advised All Nippon Airways Co. Ltd (ANA) and its subsidiary ANA Hotels and Resorts in the joint venture with
InterContinental Hotels Group which resulted in the formation of the largest international hotel group in Japan, IHG ANA Hotels Group Japan. The Firm was also the exclusive advisor to Shangri-La Hotel and Resorts in negotiating a management lease agreement with Mori Trust last year that brings the luxury hotel brand to Tokyo in 2008.
