RJ launches leadership programme

Royal Jordanian recently played host to its leadership programme.
RJ’s chairman of the board of directors Suleiman Al-Hafez opened the program which is focused on improving employees’ skills and to tap into RJ’s expertise in the regional and global airline industry.
The event also witnessed attendance from RJ CEO and president Captain Suleiman Obeidat and members of executive management.
Hafez expressed confidence in capability and efficiency of employees, and stressed RJ’s keenness to maintain its position at a global level. He also highlighted the RJ strategy to overcome challenges and open more opportunities to improve and expand.
Captain Suleiman Obeidat stressed at changing corporate culture in order to enhance efficiency and productivity, control costs, increase revenues and improve skills of employees who are the future leaders of the company.
The first phase of the programme works with 47 employees divided into several teams. The participants were selected based on their efficiency, achievements, keenness to improve their skills and their teamwork.
