Middle East hotel operator Rotana has announced the opening of Dalga Residences in Istanbul – the group’s third property in Turkey.
Located in Cevizli, the Asian side of Istanbul, Dalga Residences by Rotana has opened its doors on the city’s longest coastal lane, Dragos.
Boasting striking design elements, Dalga Residences by Rotana is the first property in Turkey to open under the group’s “The Residences” brand which is designed to close the gap between hotel and home. Ideal for guests looking for long stays and permanent residency, Dalga Residences by Rotana offers 161 luxury apartments ranging from studios to two bedroom apartments, each with their own kitchen and access to 24-hour maintenance and a 24-hour security team.
Dalga Residences by Rotana features a range of leisure facilities including a Fitness & Wellness Club, an indoor pool and landscaped areas.
Omer Kaddouri, President and CEO, Rotana, said: “The opening of our third property in Turkey is a significant step forward in Rotana’s global expansion strategy. With 37 million international tourists passing through the country annually, Turkey is a highly dynamic market and our presence there serves to continue strengthening our growing portfolio of international properties.”
Dalga Residences is also adjacent to Rotana’s Vazo Residences, currently under construction and set to open in Q2, 2016. Dalga Residences and Vazo Residences will bring the total number of Rotana properties in Turkey to four this year.
