Rotana has extended its partnership with eRevMax for online exposure and distribution.
The count of 49 out of 51 properties of the group have been using Connect, a solution by eRevMax, for real-time data transfer between its online sales channels and hotel system.
The connectivity allows the hotel Group to update rates and inventories in real-time and receive reservations directly into its Trust CRS system. This ensures online sales optimization and eliminates chance of overbookings.

The solution also helps Rotana to manage the entire room inventory directly from Trust thereby reducing dependency on other systems and improving efficiency.
