Rove, the specialist adventure tour operator, have further expanded their list of available destinations with the addition of adventure tours in Vietnam.
This exciting addition brings Rove’s countries of operation up to a total of eight, with Vietnam joining the Thailand, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar and Laos collection.
The new tours explore the remote reaches of northern Vietnam, and include activities such as trekking, cycling and kayaking. Designed with both casual and enthusiast adventurers in mind, the trips are said to focus on ensuring travellers are given the opportunity to engage thoroughly with the local communities and really capture the spirit of the country.
Rove was built by Co-Founders Holly Richter (formerly of Backroads and EXO Travel) and Struan Robertson (formerly of SpiceRoads) to provide specialist adventure tours catered to travellers looking for a more active and engaging window into the world’s most exotic destinations.
Struan Robertson said: “Vietnam is an important addition for Rove, It would have been pointless to launch Vietnam before we had worked out the best way to differentiate ourselves from the standard offerings, there is plenty of that already on the market.
“Our new tours do more than delve into the incredible natural scenery of the country. They also place an equal importance on enabling interactions with the people that call this place their home.”
