Russian planemaker, Sukhoi, should make the first deliveries of its long-delayed Superjet 100 aircraft before the end of 2009, Reuters reported. With an estimated list price of US$27.8 million, the plane will compete against the Embraer E-Jets and Bombardier CSJ models in the regional jet market.
