Ryanair reports on-time milestone

Ryanair has revealed that 90% of its more than 63,000 flights logged in August arrived on-time.
Its August customer service statistics also show there were less than 1.5 complaints per 1,000 customers; less than 1 bag complaint per 1,000 customers; and more than 99% of all complaints were answered within seven days.
Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said: “Ryanair carried 11.5m customers in August with 90% of our 63,000 flights arriving on-time, as we continued to improve our customer experience. With our expanding route network and additional enhancements to come in Year 3 of our “Always Getting Better” programme, Ryanair continues to deliver so much more than the lowest fares in Europe.”
