Sarovar Hotels has launched a new property in Dehradun, the capital of the state of Uttarakhand.
The new Seyfert Sarovar Portico was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, Harish Rawat, in the presence of Ajay K. Bakaya, executive director of Sarovar Hotels, and Rahul Saxena, the hotel’s general manager.
“I am very glad to inaugurate this hotel that brings a new level of hospitality services to our city,” said Harish Rawat.
“Dehradun is the gateway to numerous pilgrimage and tourist destinations in the upper and lower Himalayas, and I believe this hotel will be immensely beneficial to people travelling through this route as well as to the locals here with the excellent F&B and banquet services on offer.”
The 68-room hotel offers conference and banqueting facilities, a fitness centre, swimming pool, a multi-cuisine restaurant and in-room dining. The property is located in the close proximity to Dehradun’s Jolly Grant Airport and the city’s railway station.
