SAS Group expand Heathrow-Finland flights

The SAS group is putting on more flights to Scandinavia from Heathrow from the end of this month.High demand from business and leisure customers has caused the airline to add a seventh flight to its daily schedule to Stockholm. The service starts from 28 March and will see the Heathrow flight departing at 16.35 and landing at 20.05. The return journey will depart Stockholm at 12.55 and arrive in London at 14.35.Additionally, Blue1 have added a second daily flight to Helsinki. The Finnish airline is a member of the SAS group and hopes the new flight will enable business travellers to use a full working day in Helsinki with appropriate departure times. Commencing 25 April, the Heathrow flight will leave at 08.05, arriving at Helsinki at 13.00. The reverse flight will leave Finland at 20.15 and land in England at 21.25.
