Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has signed a codeshare agreement with All Nippon Airways (ANA). The deal will place a SK code on flights between Narita International Airport and Sapporo, Osaka and Fukoka. ANA will then add its NH code to SAS’ Tokyo-Copenhagen flights, which will be extended to other flights, including the London-Copenhagen route, at a later stage. “Tokyo is now one of our most popular long-haul destinations, and this agreement with ANA signifies the importance of Japan in the SAS network and the possibility to transport our customers to other important destinations in Japan,” said Rickard Gustafson, President and CEO of SAS.
