The Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities (SCTA) has set up round the clock operation rooms, and constituted working teams to monitor functioning of the tourism and hospitality sector.
This is being adopted for the current summer season. Arrangements have also been made to ensure services and better facilities for tourists and picnickers, according to SCTA sources.
The commission called on tourists and vacationers to contact its offices through phone (number 19988) or its website (sauditourism.sa) to lodge any complaints or seek clarifications with regard to tourism services and facilities.
