Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) has unveiled plans for a second Eastin Grand hotel in Bangkok.
Scheduled to open in 2019, the Eastin Grand Hotel Phayathai Bangkok will be set in a mixed-use complex featuring office and retail space. It will also have direct access to Phayathai BTS skytrain station.
“We are very excited about this project as it will have everything for all purposes and to be expanding Eastin Grand brand portfolio in Thailand, offering our guests the very best service and facilities coupled with our brand promise of value for all occasions,” said AHS CEO, Jonathan Wigley.
The new hotel will feature 394 rooms and suites ranging from 34 to 154m², plus 175 one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments. Other facilities will include three restaurants, a wine bar, Starbucks coffee shop, a large outdoor swimming pool with pool bar, a gym and executive lounge.
The hotel will also provide 4,285m² of function space including a wedding studio.
AHS currently operates the Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn and Eastin Hotel Makkasan in Bangkok, and recently launched the Eastin Grand brand in Ho Chi Minh City.
