The senior management team at KBC PR & Marketing has acquired an 80% shareholding in the business, as the travel and tourism specialist looks to build for the future. Chris Woodbridge-Cox (managing director), Lisa Cooper (director of trade representation), David Ezra (director of PR) and Lynn Lashbrook (financial controller) join Kate Burgess-Craddy as owners of the company.
Founded in 1998 by Burgess-Craddy, Sussex-based KBC is among the UK’s leading travel PR, marketing and representation suppliers, and has historically developed a particular specialism in the North American market.
Current clients include Destination British Columbia, Destination DC & the Capital Region USA, Explore Georgia, The Great American West, the Florida Keys & Key West, the Leisure Pass Group, Loews Hotels, Travel Alberta, the US Travel Association, Utah Office of Tourism and the Virginia Tourism Corporation.
