Abercrombie & Kent has added a new Airport Concierge service to its offering to help clients from plane to cities. The VIP service will provide travellers with an A&K representative who meet them directly from the plane and guide through security, customers, immigration, luggage carousels and out to their transfer. The representative will also arrange a city orientation tour and airport lounges if needed.
“By providing travellers with a knowledgeable air side representative to meet them at the aircraft and fast-track them quickly through customs and immigration, baggage claim and arrivals, our new Airport Concierge eliminates the hassle normally associated with airport travel,” said Stuart Nassos, chief e-commerce officer for Abercrombie &Kent.
Departures help is also available to help travellers get through check-in and security quicker.
