Shanghai-Tianjin high-speed train to launch

A high-speed Electric Multiple Unit (EMU) train will be launched on the Shanghai -Tianjin line later this month, shortening the trip from 10.5 hours to 9 hours and 14 minutes, the Shanghai Daily reported railway authorities as saying. The Tianjin-Shanghai train will be put into service from 15 August and the Shanghai-Tianjin EMU one day later.
