Worldwide tour operator Simply Luxury by Travel 2 has announced the launch of its 2018/2019 long-haul brochure highlighting 43 new properties, including Villa properties.
Simply Luxury by Travel 2 identified that 89% of bookings are long-haul destinations with the Middle East proving popular among UK holidaymakers, thanks to Oman experiencing 132% and 81% increase in room night bookings and revenue respectively. Asia is the second most popular region, in particular Thailand, followed by the Indian Ocean.
Canada has seen a 68% and 125% rise in room night bookings and revenue respectively with increased interest in Rocky Mountaineer and national parks with bookings to Toronto, Vancouver, Banff, Lake Louise and Whistler performing well.
The new brochure also introduces 43 new properties with increased focus in the Caribbean – particularly Barbados – plus California, Vietnam, Dubai and the Maldives.
Also landing with agents is the 2018/2019 European short haul brochure which showcases luxury properties in perennial favourites Greece, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus and Italy. Portugal proves to be a much sought after destination witnessing a 24% and 74% increase in room night bookings and revenue respectively.
To celebrate the launch of the new brochures Simply Luxury by Travel 2 is giving two agents the chance to win a designer watch worth £250.
