Ho Chi Minh City’s (HCMC) is planning a US$10 billion development project, including an iconic observation tower and a ‘six-star’ hotel with up to 2,500 rooms, VietnamNet Bridge has reported.Work on the Thu Thiem New Urban Area is expected to begin next year, and is expected to provide the ‘new face’ of HCMC.
