Sofitel’s Palm Jumeirah Dubai to open in summer

Sofitel is gearing up for the opening of its Polynesian-themed resort -Sofitel The Palm Dubai this summer. The hotel boasts 361 guest rooms and suites, as well as 182 fully serviced apartments.
Christophe Schnyder, general manager of the hotel said: “As our portfolio continues to grow across the world, we cater to the sophisticated needs of today’s travellers.”
The apartments range from one, two or three-bedroom which is ideal for families with children. The culinary offering includes Manava, the all-day dining with Paul Gauguin and Charles Rennie Mackintosh; Moana, a seafood restaurant including a sushi counter and a ceviche bar. Studio du Chef, showcases French cuisine with a focus on Cheese and Wine. Finally, the hotel’s signature steakhouse is Porterhouse restaurant & bar; Hong Loong is a gallery of art offering Chinese cuisine, authentic tea rituals in a stunning Asian décor. Other outlets include Cha House, boasting a selection of 70 specialty teas, Bottega Italian Deli, Maui Beach Restaurant & Bar, Habano Cigar Lounge and Lobby Lounge.
