SQ extends 2D pass

SINGAPORE Airlines says its self-printed 2D barcode boarding pass facility is now available across more than half its global network with more international stations to be introduced.
Customers with bookings are able to check-in over the internet up to 48 hours before their flight.
The airline said its customers will soon be able to print the boarding passes in more than ten Singapore hotel business centres with plans also underway for the passes to be used for flights to and from the US by mid 07.
