SriLankan upgrades Chinese services

SriLankan Airlines is now providing passengers with Chinese Language Assistants on board each flight, the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation has reported. Captain Milinda Ratnayake, Head of Service Delivery, said; “At SriLankan, we are constantly looking for ways and means to further enhance the level of convenience and comfort of our passengers. The introduction of Chinese Passenger Assistants will greatly assist our Chinese passengers, many of whom are not fluent in English.”
SriLankan flies three weekly flights from Colombo to Beijing, via Bangkok.
