Franck Hardy,Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage will oversee the creativedevelopment and operation of restaurants and bars, banqueting, in-room diningat the St. Regis Hotel, Singapore as well as private dining at the St. RegisResidences.
Susan Richardson is Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms. She isresponsible for all aspects of the hotel’s operations that relate to rooms, andmanaging the signature St. Regis Butlers who are the hallmark of the brand.
Directorof Finance LimMei-May is joining St. Regis fromStarwood’s corporate team, where she was Divisional Manager.
Veronica Tantransferred to St. Regis from Le Meridien Singapore, where she was alsoDirector of Human Resources.
Abdul Rahim rejoins Starwoodas Chief Engineer at St. Regis Hotel, Singapore from the Park Hotel Orchard,where he was Chief Engineer during its conversion and extensive renovation fromthe former Crown Prince Hotel.
ExecutiveChef FredericColin trained under iconic Michelin-star chefs in France.
